SHENG-TIEN and TIEN-LONG provide essential tungsten carbide cutting services to furniture manufacturers throughout Southeast Asia/the Asia-Pacific region. Located in Malaysia we serve both domestic and regional customers. We have been exporting our products to Taiwan and Indonesia for over 20 years and have acquired a venture partner in Vietnam to supply this growing market.
Our expert technical skill is delivered to our customers through our professional services team, supported with our efficient administration department which offers both “cutter-profile management” and “database management” systems allowing an easier ordering process and excellent after-sales service. We are qualified with ISO 9001: 2000 from UKAS, which give our customers more assurance as we fellow our “Quality Policy” (we are committed to satisfy our customers by providing quality products and services and continually improve the effectiveness of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System)
The various CNC, CAD and CAM computer programs we use allow us to provide our customers with accurate products on time.
Fully aware of customers’ demands, we use tungsten carbide-tipped materials and welding equipment imported from Germany to guarantee greater sharpness and increase tool life, thus ensuring improved stability for our products.
